			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People have been asking for photos, and I figure the opening day of the studio is probably appropriate.  There was a catered breakfast to break the ice, an inspiring speech by Joe to set some expectations, and then an opening Hindi ceremony called a Puja, which is customary to bring good luck to any new venture.</p>

<p>Of course, it being the first day, the network was totally down and people couldn&#8217;t even log-in, but it still felt good to cut the ribbon.</p>
